Cancellation Policy


At Ganapati Creations, we understand that customers may need to cancel an order due to various reasons. We aim to keep the cancellation process simple and transparent.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request cancellation if:

  1. The order is not yet dispatched
  2. The cancellation request is made within a short time of placing the order

If your order has already been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation cannot be processed. You may instead request a return (if eligible) after receiving the delivery.

2. Cancellation by Ganapati Creations

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following situations:

  1. Product out of stock or unavailable
  2. Incorrect pricing or product information
  3. Fraudulent or suspicious order
  4. Delivery location not serviceable

In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued (if applicable).

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  1. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
  2. Refunds may take 5ā€“7 business days to reflect in your account
  3. For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via UPI/Bank Transfer

4. Partial Order Cancellation

If certain items in an order are unavailable:

  1. The unavailable products will be cancelled and refunded
  2. Remaining items will still be delivered
